    Thank you so much for this! I'm surprised this doesn't have many views, I wish more people would notice this bcz this is really important info and the video is done in a very digestible easy way. I was looking for this book's reviews bcz a friend recommended and I found it, can't wait to read the book! Again thanks a lot for this (even though I'm like 3-4 years late lol) ❤

    I'm so glad there is some people who recognize the amazing work this man did and not criticize and say he was wrong when it's very clear people who ate a more traditional diet were far more healthy than people in the west in that day and age when our food in the store now is far worse and gets worse year by year.

      There are still problems that come with diet drinks but you'll be doing yourself a huge favor by eliminating all that sugar.

  • @BrodyYYC
    @BrodyYYC 5 років тому

    I'm pretty sure aspartame is a chemical not derived from sugar at all. You set the volume at like 25% when you uploaded this video. Which isn't really a video anyways. You should do a history podcast instead. If you were one of the hosts of Stuff You Missed in History Class I would actually be able to stand listening to it. I can't stand the current hosts!

    • @Regainedwellness
      @Regainedwellness 5 років тому

      Hey, not sure why the volume is off, these are automatically uploaded by my podcast provider so it's just an audio track. Biosteel had never used aspartame but sucralose which manufacturers have said is derived from "sugar". It seems that this "sugar" they are using is far from natural and more of a concoction created in a lab but it's some wordplay to make it sound more natural. It may be even worse than aspartame too. I haven't heard Stuff You Missed for a while do they have new people?

    Great Audio !! I bough a book called "cure gum disease naturally" by Ramiel Nagel based on the work of Dr Price but I recently knew that Ramiel died last year for cancer at a very young age around 38...and some people say the cod liver oil supplement could be responsible...what's your opinion about this ?

    • @imestia7911
      @imestia7911 5 років тому

      Personally I would recommend never take supplements because usually it's low quality and they can put everything in it let's say maybe your cod liver oil is mixed with canola oil they make more profit and you don't get benefits. Btw do you know where I can find the recipe for the fermented porridge he talked about in the podcast?

    • @Regainedwellness
      @Regainedwellness 5 років тому

      Thanks so much. That's a tough one in that situation as it's always hard to directly relate a specific cause regarding cancer and can be a combination of genetics, environmental factors and a lot of other things. I would think cod liver oil would not be the main reason in this case and just due to the fact there are so many known carcinogens in our lives in this day in age.

    • @Cstank5

      dont consume fermented oils such as fermented cod liver oil. No good.

    Pal it takes 40 minutes to tell about the minuscule difference between 2 diet cokes.. i mean i love a good comparison... but at this point im sure you have missed a lot of buses and probably ever getting to the point. I mean people are only alive for so long ... the next video should be directed about getting to the point. PS - Dr. Pepper is the most ground braking drink ever , and its diet version is nearly impossible for the average American consumer to EVER tell the difference.
